Product Description
The control cabinet is a device that assembles switchgear, measuring instruments, protective electrical appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-enclosed metal cabinet or on a screen according to the requirements of electrical wiring. Its layout should meet the requirements of normal operation of the power system, be easy to repair, and not endanger the safety of people and surrounding equipment. During normal operation, the circuit can be connected or disconnected with the help of manual or automatic switches. In case of fault or abnormal operation, the circuit can be cut off or alarmed with the help of protective electrical appliances. Various parameters in operation can be displayed by measuring instruments, and certain electrical parameters can be adjusted to prompt or send signals for deviations from normal working conditions. It is often used in various power generation, distribution and substations.
Process Characteristics
1. The cabinet door is 25mm above the ground, and the 2.5mm thick mounting plate has 20mm wide U-shaped curved edges on both sides, which makes the mounting plate stronger and easier to carry.
2. The three cable entry covers at the bottom of the box can be replaced with each other, which is easy to move, easy to import cables, and easy to open holes for entry.
3. There are grounding bolts on the door 5. The load-bearing hinges are easy to install and the cabinet door is also easy to change. The cabinet door can be opened 130°.
4. Plastic Sliders The plastic sliders can be used to push the mounting plate into the cabinet from the front of the cabinet through the guide rails.
5. The back panel can be easily installed and fixed with screws; the cabinet door can also be replaced.
6. Standard MS821 lock, upper, middle and lower three-point locks the cabinet door.
7. Sealing ring: polyurethane foam sealing strip to ensure the protection level.
8. Add waterproof edges to the cabinet door frame to cooperate with the cabinet door sealing ring to prevent water and dust from falling into the cabinet.

17. The side panels, front and rear doors, top and bottom panels of the cabinet frame can be removed to meet various requirements and facilitate installation and maintenance.
