Product Description
CYGQX-03 pipe sucker rod cleaning production line is a new generation of induction heating cleaning line developed after many research and practice, and after the manufacturer used it. It is used for cleaning and repairing the sucker rod, and is an efficient equipment for cleaning and renewing the sucker rod. The outer cleaning of the sucker rod adopts the rotating forward of the inclined roller, and the frequency conversion speed regulation, and the rotation and propulsion speed can be adjusted.
Control Mode
This machine uses PLC programmable controller to program the action of each actuator. It can be operated manually or fully automatically at any time according to the on-site situation, and the manual/fully automatic operation is convenient to switch.
Working Principle
The sucker rod to be cleaned first passes through the ultrasonic induction heating power supply through the magnetic field induction to make its own current heat up and make the sucker rod heat up. After the temperature rises, the oil on the surface of the sucker rod softens, and then moves forward through the high-speed rotating wire wheels on both sides of the sucker rod, and the friction of the wire wheels is used to clean the oil on the surface of the sucker rod. The sucker rod spiral advances to ensure that the surface of the sucker pipe can be effectively cleaned. At the same time, a certain pressure of water flow is used to flush the sucker pipe surface to achieve the effect of renewing the sucker pipe surface.
The inside of the pumping pipe is cleaned with a special diameter gauge.
The pumping pipe pressure test is carried out with a professional fully automatic pipe pressure tester produced by our company.
