The sucker rod quenching and tempering line is suitable for the heat treatment requirements of D-grade and HY-grade sucker rods, oil pipes and steel tie rods, etc., and adopts special medium-frequency induction quenching and tempering equipment.
The sucker rod tempering line is suitable for the heat treatment requirements of D-grade and HY-grade sucker rods, oil pipes and steel tie rods, etc., and adopts special medium-frequency induction quenching and tempering equipment. The characteristics are: the tempering temperature and hardness of the rod head and the rod body are consistent, the tempering speed is fast, the heating temperature is uniform, and the quenching, tempering and straightening can be completed in one go. The production line control cabinet adopts PLC program control and is easy to use.
This tempering line is suitable for the tempering and straightening of Φ19mm to Φ32mm solid sucker rods and Φ32mm to Φ42mm hollow sucker rods; the overall tempering and straightening of Φ20 to Φ85 steel tie rods.
The tempering line includes a feeding mechanism, a driving mechanism, a straightening mechanism, a quenching water jacket, an induction heating coil, a medium-frequency power supply cabinet, a feeder, etc. This equipment is widely used in sucker rod manufacturers and steel tie rod manufacturers.
