At present, many oil equipment manufacturers are still using electron tube high-frequency induction heating equipment or thyristor medium-frequency induction heating equipment to quench the surface of the sucker rod. This model is large in size, high in energy consumption, and low in production efficiency. And because the internal voltage is too high, there are safety hazards, and the power grid is also polluted during operation.
This production line is a new type of sucker rod surface quenching production equipment independently developed by our company. Our company has a patent certificate for this product. This production line adopts through-type production, which greatly improves the production efficiency of sucker rod quenching, and can reach an output of 400 rods per shift, while the traditional sucker rod surface quenching speed is about 70-80 rods/shift.
