Weifang Saige Electromechanical Oil Pipe Cleaning and Renovation Line Acceptance
Our company, relying on years of production and R&D experience, has reached a cooperation with a certain oil field in Xinjiang to develop a complete set of oil pipe cleaning and renewal production lines and oil rod cleaning and renewal production lines for them. On March 1, 2023, professional technical personnel from the Xinjiang oil field came to our company for acceptance inspection.
The oil pipe cleaning and renewal production line is a more scientifically reasonable specialized cleaning and renewal production line for oil pipes produced by our company over the years based on existing products. It combines factors such as different regions of major oil fields across the country, varying thicknesses of deposits on the inner walls of different oil pipes, and widely incorporates various user opinions while integrating leading technology in the machinery industry. This production line is a new generation product that combines mechanical and hydraulic systems. Its main purpose is to remove hard scale, oil deposits, and other impurities (oil quality, soil, non-solid objects) from the inner walls of oil pipes. The design goal of this production line is to complete the cleaning of both internal and external oil pipes in one go. The processes such as straightening, cleaning, changing casings, threading, pressure testing, and shot blasting are designed to be reasonable, easy to operate and maintain, with significant energy-saving effects. We can also design specific cleaning renewal processes based on users' specific situations and requirements.
The oil rod cleaning and renewal production line includes processes such as removing anti-wear plastic sleeves, straightening, cleaning, ultrasonic quenching, shot blasting, and flaw detection. This production line is a new generation induction heating cleaning renewal equipment developed after years of research practice based on older generation products combined with users' actual experiences. It features high efficiency in cleaning while being clean and energy-saving. It has been purchased by multiple domestic oil field clients, creating significant economic benefits for users.
